The Committee on Veterans Affairs and Homeland Security moves to amend the bill on page 1,line 10, by striking the title of the bill and inserting in lieu thereof a new title, to read as follows:

"A BILL to amend and reenact §11-21-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to personal income tax; providing a one year exemption from the tax for honorably discharged resident veterans of the United States Armed Forces within two years after the date of honorable discharge, for tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2010; definitions."
